Summer, Lyndo and baby Charlie tied the knot at the Verandah Resort and Spa, a wonderfully romantic setting and fantastic staff. And what greater gift that that from the heavens!

Curtain Bluff - The most magical, inspiring, romantic setting on earth! Andrea and Peter took their vows surrounded by incredible people and their love certainly overflowed into all of us there. With the Caribbean Sea outstretched below us and the dusk of a new day, Andrea and Peter begin an exciting chapter of their lives together. Congratulations to you both xx

Love is such a beautiful thing and I get to be there in the thick of it. After 5 years of shooting weddings and trash the dress you'd think I would be over the emotional part - nope, I still end up with my eyes welling with tears the moment the bride starts to cry, or the groom for that matter. This was definately one of those moments! Congratulations Nicole and Scott!

I met up with Marie and Andrew this morning to have some fun in their plunge pool at Cocobay Resort. Thanks to O'Neal, Carol and the wonderful staff - we were allowed to put my idea's into action. Marie and Andrew, thank you, I had a blast!

Love, such a powerfull force and I get to be in the thick of it, front row seat! I get so emotionally connected with each and every couple, like I have known them forever. I had a smile on my face throughout this whole shoot and a smile on my face throughout the editing...Congratulations Marie and Andrew!

Camilla & Johann got married at Cocobay Resort last week under cloudy skies. I did not feel that we captured enough so they agreed to meet me today in the Rainforest.
It is days like these that remind me how lucky I am, I meet the most incredible people and get to connect with them in a special way. Although Camilla did not want to get her dress dirty, she did not hesitate to lie on the muddy wall or walk through the rocky path in her high heal shoes. Thanks guys, today was a gem! Oh, and Johann - Lightroom 3...I love it!!

It is always interesting meeting the Bride and Groom for the first time. My first impression of Camilla and Johann was that of a couple having recently fallen in love, glowing and young!. Just goes to show how amazing love is, as they have been together for many years and have 2 kids, age 3 and 10. After all these years decided that now is the right time to get married!
As with all things, we cannot plan the weather - a stormy and cloudy afternoon is not what you come to the Caribbean for....we will continue with another creative shoot in the next few days..

Last night on my way back from shooting a wedding I drove past Perlena sitting on her front step. I had to stop, I was instantly drawn to her.
Sometimes in life you are presented with little gifts, they come in all shapes and sizes. I felt that this moment was one of them.
Perlena is 97 years old and has the beauty and love of a 19 year old. She is full of joy and happiness, even though she lives in a tiny blue house and can only see out of one eye.
She told me she loved me and I told her that I love her too. People like Perlena are rare, few and far between.
I am glad that I stopped, it was a fleeting moment of should I or should'nt I!

Emma & David were married at Cocobay Resort today. It is always a challenge shooting a wedding anytime before 4pm, the harsh light and heat is a test for all.
The guys at Cocobay did a fine job making sure that the finest details were taken care of. It is always a pleasure to shoot a wedding at Cocobay!

Martha asked me to paint her face like a member of the Omo Tribe for her Halloween party tonight, she is so creative and full of wicked ideas. Martha made the headdress out of leaves, twigs and shells and I go stuck in with face paint and the camera....
